The Story Behind 5chat
5chat was born from a simple observation: most live chat solutions are either too complex, too expensive, or both. As someone who's spent years building web applications and founding startups, I've seen firsthand how important it is to talk to your customers - but also how frustrating it can be when the tools get in the way.
Based in Gdańsk, Poland, I've been tinkering with technology since I was young. My journey took me through game design, web development, electronics, and AI - but what ties it all together is a love for solving puzzles and making things work better.
By day, I work as a Frontend Tech Lead, and by night, I'm building startups. 5chat represents everything I've learned about creating user-focused products: keep it simple, make it work reliably, and never lose sight of what matters most - connecting people.
